Ritz-Carlton Hotel and CIRI Casino, Lake Las Vegas
Holloway Consulting Group was retained by the attorneys for the Hotel Investors to determine if the G/C met the milestone dates in the Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement; complied with the relevant contractual provisions including those relating to the Cost of the Work; and failed to notify the Owner of delays to milestone dates and substantial completion.
Belle Casinos; Tunica, and Biloxi, Mississippi
Steve Holloway was retained by the attorneys for the casino/hotel Investors to determine the cost and value of the casino construction work in-place, as compared to the amounts billed by the developers for that work. The developers had billed approximately 200% of their construction cost budgets, but only completed less than 90% of the work.
Harrah’s Casino; New Orleans, Louisiana
Holloway Consulting Group was retained by the lender to investigate various issues relating to the termination of the casino general contractor, including those relating to the periodic and final Cost of the Work.
