County Justice Center; Colorado
Trinidad Correctional Facility, Trinidad, Colorado
East Canon City Prison Project, Colorado
The mechanical contractor retained Holloway Consulting to prepare reports and testify at trial as to the cost impacts of the DOC’s defective welding specifications.
Crawford County Justice Center, Ohio
Holloway Consulting was retained by counsel for the design group to expert witness services regarding the owner’s numerous claims against the architect and engineers on the justice center regarding whether or not the designers used reasonable care in:
- coordinating the design,
- estimating the Project cost and designing the project within the Fixed Limit Construction cost requirement,
- estimating the cost of the Project, and designing it within the fixed limit of construction cost,
- estimating the construction time as 15 months,
- monitoring the construction schedule and keeping the County apprised of impending delays.
Arapahoe County Detention Facility
Folsom Prison, California
Steve Holloway was a member of the general contractor’s staff on this project.
