HCG's engagements are typically performed according to a standard form written agreement that can be provided upon request. Engagements can be executed on an hourly, lump-sum, cost plus a fee, or not-to-exceed basis.

Hourly rates for our professional staff range from a low of $90 to $300 for testimony. Invoice charges are based on actual hours worked times the corresponding hourly rate(s).

Paralegal, administrative, graphic design and clerical rates vary from from project to project. Engagement-related expenses such as airfare, auto, lodging, shipping, copying and similar expenses are billed at cost.
