INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN CASES

The Holloway Consulting Group, LLC was retained in 2009 to provide expert witness disputes services in the arbitration relating to the construction of the Colorado River Bridge on U.S. Highway 93 near the Hoover Dam. Our services were associated with the analysis of the collapse and reconstruction of the project’s cableway crane system, and the resultant builders risk insurance and construction job cost damages claims.

The panel’s decision was issued on April 28, 2010 in favor of our defendant client, the cableway crane system supplier.
