Mr. Dowling has 17 years of construction industry accounting and finance experience, and an additional 24 years of consulting experience dealing with construction costs and damages, project development, valuation and lost profits claims. His claims experience includes entitlement and liability analysis, cause/effect identification, damages analysis, and expert testimony. Prior to entering claims consulting, Mr. Dowling performed chief financial officer and general management functions for companies in growth and turnaround situations. These included marketing, product development, distribution, manufacturing, financial planning, merger and acquisition, and private and public financing. He has been a principal and chief financial officer in firms involved in the development, construction and operation of residential, commercial, and retail projects.
