Gas compression station, Colorado

Holloway’s subcontractor client contracted with the general contractor for the pipeline compressor station electrical and instrumentation work. During the course of construction, the G/C issued more than 40 Extra Work Orders to our client. The primary issue in the dispute was that these EWO’s and change orders only addressed the direct cost of the work, rather than the resultant costs associated with labor impacts.
